Yet more proof of the abject ignorance of the left. For these space cadets to actually believe that shoppers will purchase their needs and wants at any other then the lowest price available, no matter WHERE that may be, says much about the fairy land they live in.

Is their a list like this for the good guy companies? The lefties have a good idea here, and I think a boycott of the liberal companies is only 1/2 the job, supporting conservative companies is the other 1/2. If anyone knows of a database for us, then please lemme know.

I absolutely support a boycott of stores that refuse to call Christmas Christmas. I'll shop at the mom-and-pop places and pay higher prices before I finance my enemies with my own money.

Um, do Blue people even celebrate Christmas? They seem to hate Christians and Christianity the other 364 days a year....

Levi Strauss fits anti-gunners

...and yes, once youve chucked out those levis youll find at least half a dozen companies that make better quality, better fitting jeans often for much less.

People often dont buy from the company with the best product, they buy from the one with the largest marketing budget.

From kindergarten until about fifteen years ago, I never owned a pair of jeans that weren't Levis. Then Levi Strauss quit funding the Boy Scouts because they don't allow homosexual scoutmasters. That was my last pair of Levis. Levi Strauss was bought out by a very leftist family that even went so far as to start advising their customers (the stores that were buying their products) on social issues. They're about as leftist as you get.

I now wear the base model Wranglers. 100% cotton, have to wash them three times before they won't stand up by themselves, and made in USA. I paid $14 for them at the local Western shop, and they are every bit as good as the old 501s.

In Texas, HEB, which used to be primarily a grocery store, has moved into a lot of areas, and competes with Walmart well, and has significantly better quality. They're not afraid of Christmas, and contribute heavily to local charitable causes, including, but not limited to, Christian organizations.

Whenever I go to get something now, I check HEB first, and don't go to Walmart unless HEB doesn't carry it. I'm hitting Home Depot instead of Lowe's now, as Home Depot doesn't seem to think that Christmas is a curse word.

As much as it pains me, I am going to give up my Levis, and make sure that Levis & Strauss knows why, and I will make sure they understand that because they have chosen to enter the world of politics, then they have taken the chance of loosing customers as a result. I have never owned a pair of jeans that are not levis. This one stings, but it has to be done. They made the choice not to appeal to consumers regardless of politcs. Levis has been the ONLY name brand I can think of that I am (was) a life long loyal customer to.

Do you know where I can fing a list of conservative leaning companies?

Excellent! Anyone else with similar observations about local or national retail stores? Which ones to recommend, which ones to avoid?

Ahhhh, poor Tyson Foods can't catch a break. They are boycotted on the right because of their connection to the Klintoons. Just what have they done to anger the left?

Good for you! Levi's is proud of its contributions to homosexual causes. They have a right to be. And we have a right to express our disappointment with that choice.

This Christmas, vote with your wallet.

Thanks for formatting into a list. Definitely easier to read! Now I know where I WON'T be shopping.

Tyson Foods is connected to the Clintons because they're from Arkansas, and during Clinton's terms as governor, you didn't grow if you didn't do business with the Clintons. Similarly, Walmart, which was a pretty conservative company when the old man was alive, had Hillary on the board of directors. Why? Well, Walmart was originally an Arkansas corporation, and if money wasn't flowing into the Clintons' pockets, those darned zoning and tax problems just popped up all the time.

Tyson Foods is, if reports are accurate, a pretty politically incorrect company. Of course, they're hated by PETA, but they also supposedly caused quite a bit of downstream pollution in rivers next to their poultry farms.

Finding a good bookstore that's not run by liberals is darned near impossible. B&N is the only blue company I just haven't been able to boycott, although I hit Hastings first.

This list just doesn't make any sense:

Aren't almost all of these BIG EVIL CORPORATIONS?!!?!

Shouldn't we support our local small family businesses and buy all our Christmas gifts at "The Hemp Emporium" or "Sunshine's Tofu Buffet" ?

Also, why are we buying Christmas presents? Isn't Christmas one of those made-up holidays for right-wing wackos?

It used to be the other way around! Starting in 2000 with the county by county map the liberal weenies that run the Main Stream Media changed it to the color scheme you see today.
