There's chutzpah. Its when liberal rabbinical leaders claim to speak for ALL Jews or for ALL Americans. They're trying to define what is and isn't Jewishly acceptable. And more and more Jewish conservatives are putting their feet down and saying, "gevalt!" One can only put up with so much of the bilious ignorance from the Left - especially Jews from the liberal side of American Jewish life.

Unlike their Christian brethren, they cannot plausibly pretend to be ignorant of the agenda and intended outcome of their oh-so-pious pleadings.

Back when Netanyahu was Prime Minister of Israel, there was a UAHC resolution to divest from Israel.

The UAHC also passed a resolution calling the murder of Yankel Rosenbaum in Crown Heights in 1991 a "sad event."

I'm glad Yoffie and Foxman do not speak for all American Jews. I'm tired of the intolerance towards Christians that those two and their ilk spew forth. It is so unnecessary. This country was founded on religious tolerance, so we should all live and let live and that means not freaking out when those of other religions express their views in the public square.
