RNC Strikes Back: Watch New Ad About Democrats and Iraqi WMD
Republican National Committee ^ | November 15, 2005

Posted on 11/15/2005 11:44:07 AM PST by RWR8189

It's time to set the record straight about Iraq. That's why we've released this new web video, "Democrats: Dishonest on Iraq." Watch it now on GOP.com.http://www.gop.com/

Watch, and you'll see Senator Hillary Clinton talking tough when it came time to confront Saddam, saying "I can support the President, I can support an action against Saddam Hussein because I think it's in the long-term interests of our national security ..." Or Howard Dean calling Iraq an "international outlaw." Or House minority leader Nancy Pelosi stating unequivocally, "Saddam Hussein certainly has chemical and biological weapons. There's no question about that."

Watch Democrat after Democrat on tape, reaching the same conclusion the President reached about Iraq.

Now that the politics have changed, those Democrats are trying to rewrite history. We welcome a robust debate about the conduct of the war. But for these Democrats to make politics their bottom line, abandoning their long-held positions when times get tough, sends the wrong message to the Iraqi people and to the terrorists. Whatever the politics in Washington, our troops need to know that our will is strong, our nation is united, and we will defeat this enemy.

Be a part of setting the record straight by watching the video on GOP.com, and sending it to your friends and family. You are where this Democrat dishonesty ends.

Sincerely,
alt
Ken Mehlman
Chairman, Republican National Committe

This is good -- but watch the liberal maggots run, and still try and rewrite history.

Why is there NOW a plethora of articles and stories about countering the lies of the left?

It's been going on for years but we heard squat from W and his troops.

Did somebody inject spinal fluid into the water in D.C.?

As I've said on other threads, this will never make it to regular TV.

If it's used in a campaign ad they have no choice.

EJ Dionne in the WashPost said that the statements from 2002 don't count because GWB was pressuring them to vote for war before the election.

Too bad that's the only place we'll ever see that ad. I don't imagine the alphabet networks are falling all over each other in a rush to air it.

I wonder why they don't make it easier to download to the local hard drive and have the ability to help spread the word by sending copies to friends and acquaintances?

A good ad... but... what do we see high on the right hand side of the page?: GOP.com En Español!

These blockheads just don't get it.

If it doesn't promote a particular candidate running for office, it can be run by PACs.

The GOP should run one of those Ross Perot informercials on an MSM network. Even if the RATS respond, having RAT after RAT testify about their support on national TV then having to retract everythng they said would be a crushing blow to them.

It's much easier to build momentum from the bottom up than to fight the roll down hill.

I expect the next 11 months to be good for the Republicans.......peaking just before election day 2006.

The more Democrats panic like lemmings into the abyss of hate Bush...hate America.......the more people see the real enemy at home.....

and it aint Bush!!
