WASHINGTON -- A conspiracy theory is brewing in Congress, but it has nothing to do with the typical inside-the-Beltway preoccupations: Did the government take part in a conspiracy to kill rapper Tupac Shakur?
While conspiracy theorists are still plumbing Shakur's unsolved Las Vegas murder, a member of Congress wants some answers.
Rep. Cynthia McKinney, D-Ga., has introduced a bill aimed at uncovering documents in the death investigation of Shakur, who was shot in 1996 at Koval Lane and East Flamingo Road.
But, adding to the mystery in this conspiracy, she won't say why.
Approached outside her congressional office on Wednesday, McKinney refused to comment to a reporter about her own bill _ a Washington rarity.
She appeared surprised by the question and asked a reporter if it was his "modus operandi" to catch lawmakers in the halls of their office buildings _ it's a common practice on Capitol Hill.
Before walking away she referred questions about the bill to her staff.
McKinney's bill would have the National Archives collect "all government records on the life and death" of Shakur, which her bill says "should be preserved for historical and governmental purposes."

I suppose she's making her constituents happy, which doesn't put them in a very good light. But I didn't say that.

Cynthia McKinney is a raving lunatic. In a perfect world she'd have been committed a long time ago.

She's a waste of food, oxygen, and anything else that she consumes to sustain her ridiculous, worthless life.
And did you know that the majority of her campaign contributions come from Muslims? I think she is a security risk. She is also the one who thinks that the Bush Admin knew about 9/11.
Not only is she idiotic, she is dangerous.

Timeline of Events
8:39pm: Mike Tyson knocks out Bruce Seldon at the MGM Grand Hotel, in Las Vegas
8:45pm: As Shakur leaves the MGM Grand, he gets into an altercation with a young black man. MGM security video catches the incident on tape. The fight is stopped by security. A man involved in the fight with Shakur is held for questioning and then let go. The police never got the man's name.
8:55pm: The Death Row entourage leaves the MGM Grand and stops by the Luxor Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip for reasons not known, then proceeds to Suge Knight's house southeast of downtown.
Time Unknown: The 10-can Death Row entourage leaves the mansion en route to Knight's Club 662, located about 10 blocks east of the Las Vegas Strip at 1700 E. Flamingo Road. Shakur and Knight ride in his black BMW 750.
Approx. 11:10pm: The BMW is stopped by bicycle police on the Las Vegas strip for not having a license plate on the car (the plates are in the trunk) No ticket is issued.
Approx. 11:15pm: On Flamingo Road, near the intersection of Koval Lane, a white cadillac rolls up to the passenger side of the BMW. According to one witness, two men got out of the Cadillac and fire 13 rounds at the BMW from less than 13 feet away. Shakur, sitting in the passenger side of the car, is hit four times, with two lethal wounds to his chest. According to the witness, Shakur attempts to jump into the back seat of the car as he is being shot. Knight suffers a minor wound to his head.
11:16pm: Knight makes a U-turn on Flamingo, races west to Las Vegas Boulevard, makes a left turn and comes to a stop near the intersection of Harmon Avenue
11:16 - 11:20pm: Up to 20 police officers arrive at the scene
Approx. 11:30pm: An ambulance arrives and whisks Shakur and Knight to the medical center.
The Witnesses
One of Tupac Shakur's backup rappers who witnessed the fatal shooting of the hip-hop star was gunned down in a New Jersey housing project days after tupac was shot. So far, police are saying that the slaying of 19-year-old Yafeu Fula has no connection with Tupac's death
But Fula's death will further stymie the slow-moving murder investigation. "It's another dead end for us," said Las Vegas police Sgt. Kevin Manning, the lead investigator
Police found Fula at 3:48 a.m. Sunday in a housing project. He was shot once in the head and was pronounced dead later that afternoon at a nearby hospital

Did the government take part in a conspiracy to kill rapper Tupac Shakur? Yes, George Bush told Dick Cheney to have Halliburton fly those black triangles full of Iraqi oil to one of those secret CIA "black" prisons, but somehow the second shooter in the grassy knoll got his brainwave messages crossed in a chemtrail fog and accidentally killed Tupac. He got Jimmy Hoffa as well.

Who cares about Tupac Shakur? The worlds a better place without him and his ilk.
Can't she find something to do that she was elected for, instead of wasting tax-payers money?

Why does the government go through all these convoluted conspiracies to kill or "frame" non-entities like Shakur or Mumia, while real troublemakers like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and McKinney herself (to name a few) are "allowed" to go on with their drivel?
The moonbats never have an answer for this.
