Youths' poverty, despair fuel violent unrest in France
Boston Globe ^ | November 6, 2005 | Colin Nickerson

The root cause is power! These hooligans want power. No matter how many times people say religion is the cause, or poverty is the cause, it doesn't change the fact that the cause of this sort of thing, and indeed, all war and revolution and protest --- it's POWER!

Yeah, no terrorists here. Just disenfranchised youth. I feel so sorry for them.

My wife and I are trying something really off the wall with our kids...

We are actually giving them the message that education and work and improving your job skills helps to keep you out of poverty...

if the leftist Globe reported on a foot race between only an American and a Mooslime, which the American won, the headline would say:

Mooslime finishes second in long distance race, American finishes next to last.

I'd LOVE to invent a Liberal disappearance switch (no, I don't mean the safety on a .38)..every time you run across a liberal, press the button, presto, they're gone..

Sometimes it's fun just to kick back and enjoy the cluelessness of liberals, especially when the "root cause" victims are on another continent.

"most of the looters and arsonists are Muslims of Arabic or black African heritage. "

Most?!! How about ALL !!!

How can anyone emigrate to another country and then complain that things "aren't fair"? What did you expect? Try moving to Mexico, etc., and see if the natives think you deserve a job and "welfare".

I don't believe you. That pun was definitely intended. I'm going to report you to the French PC police. Expect a knock at your door. But don't worry. They won't do anything.

''Osama bin Laden and Rodney King,"""

With that set of values, send him and all of his family back to their country of origin. Pronto.

No one lets the fox into the hen house without a battle over territory.

Doncha just love "root causes"?

Why do "root causes" never include personal responsibility for one's own "tragic victimhood"?
