The BIAE, based in Los Angeles - which plans the curriculum of the New Horizons School together with the Islamic Center of Southern California even offers an Islamized version of the Pledge of Alliance on their website. As the curriculum provider for the Islamic School of Pasadena, the BIAE underscores the conflict of interests between Islamic education, and the goals of the US Department of Education. The latter insisting that, "schools singled out for national honors will now reflect the goals of our nation's new education reforms for high standards and accountability." I just learned the other day, via MSM, that these schools exist. MSM presents it as a fact of life. Completely veiled women walking the streets of Los Angeles is a fact of life, too. Islam everywhere you look; I'd say the numbers double daily.
I guess now we're all barfing.
Does the dept of ed also give awards to outstanding Catholic parochial schools?
As an American citizen, with rights and responsibilities, I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America And to the republic for which it stands, one nation, Under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
The total pledge. What does it mean? What it says to me is their loyalty to the US is secondary to their loyalty to Islam. IMO, when the 'holy war' comes to our streets, these people cannot be trusted.
notice their pledge doesn't talk about pledging themselves to the country, only to allah and their own beliefs. When they talk about "truth and justice", its only to other muslims. The Quron says its ok to lie to non-muslims.
That's because america is the land of decadent infidels and this pledge wouldn't interfer with them commiting acts of terrorism against american one day. Yes ... at least one Catholic high school in Maryland was designated a Dept. of Education "Blue Ribbon School of Excellence" a few years ago. It's apparently a permanent sort of citation, they still promote themselves as such.
I'm resonably certain that this school is not unique in being a Catholic school so designated.
