Thanks for the postings on how our dear Russian friends, ahem, may not be so dear. Getting past my bedtime, so I will bookmark. If you don't get a reply from me it will be due to overload. But in a pinch, for those in self denial or otherwise that don't think the Russian where deeply involved in Iraq, and for whatever reasons will surface in the future as positive proof, regarding they may have helped move stuff to outside Iraq in those final days, I think they are being ill informed. The French and Russians where fully involved in supplying and advising Saddam on what do at all levels. To not see this most indicate some want to willingly bury their heads in the sand for whatever reason.

I fully agree with your words of wisdom. There is a minority on here which do indeed have their heads stuck in the sand, however some items which were 'relocated' and hidden in Syrian sand may be coming to light in the near future.

The former trucked in shipment predicament has been such a 'burden for Damascus'. Assad & company require that burden be lifted (in more ways then one.)

I wonder what statements will be forth coming from Paris & Moscow when Saddam's 'missing' weapons are recovered?
