still has not signed SF 180 to release his records to the public.
Almost 300 days after he promised on TV to do so.
He released his records only to Michael Kranish, who was simultaneously a Kerry staffer and a Boston Globe reporter during the 2004 campaign.
Why won't he release them to someone who's, say, been in the Navy? (you won't find Navy vets, or any vets for that matter, at the Globe).
