If Miers turns out to be another David Souter, I'll be writing "Mickey Mouse" in for every Presidential election for the rest of my life.

Just want to point out that Clarence Thomas was ALSO picked by Bush Sr. Funny how everyone remembers Bush Sr and Souter but forget Thomas was ALSO a Bush Sr pick. I think Conservatives would be wise to take a wait and see attitude. She isn't a Justice yet. I think a lot of people are going to feel foolish if they buy into the Dump Meiers now hysteria being ginned up by the Pat Buchanan crowd.
