What I meant was that an adult male having sex with young teenagers in a white environment would probably end up at least with statutory rape charges or possibly even child molestation charges, simply because somebody would report him and he would be prosecuted. It's generally not considered okay, except among groups of meth-heads out in the woods, perhaps.
The sad thing is that many black teenage girls (and their families, that is, their mothers, since that's all they have in the way of family) seem to consider it perfectly OK for older men to be using them. It seems to be pretty rare for any man ever to get prosecuted for this, even though the girls are well underage. One of the girls I was mentioning was only 14 at the time that she became pregnant; the man who had impregnated all of them was about 30.
I think there's a real tendency among blacks and whites equally to just shrug off this behavior if it involves blacks. Very sad, because these girls start off life expecting nothing from men except being used. It's a long-established social problem among blacks, for a variety of reasons, but I also think it's encouraged by the Planned Parenthood types who work in these miserable areas and who don't report rapes, etc. because they are afraid it will interfere with the "sexual freedom" agenda they have going. Blacks are the guinea pigs of the left, and we can see how that has benefitted black society over the last 40 years.
