Let's all celebrate our cultural diversity!
Of course we dare not mention Columbus Day or Oktoberfest as we celebrate our cultural rich cultural heritage.
This by the way is one reason why the San Francisco "Republican" party doesn't do too well. They fail to mobilize those of us who think of ourselves as conservatives.
I for one will get my moon cakes elsewhere.
From the post:
"No other group is as hospital not one."
"For rock-bottom dinner prices, bring a long belt to enjoy a dinner feast"
Folks, folks, this announcement is NOT from the Republican Party of San Francisco. Otherwise, carry on...
"Why do I think the author of this is not a native English speaker."
My ancestors and my wife's mother were not native English speakers, either. Plus it is not in the Constitution that one need be.
Reagan said never speak ill of another Republican.
I'll credit these folks with doing the right thing. I live in Orange County, Calif. We have the largest community of Vietnamese origin people, outside that Country.
They are totally patriotic, proud, loyal Americans AND solid Republican voters.
But I guess you wouldn't like them very much. Foreign accents, etc. Plus their icky ethnic food.
It is from the San Francisco Republican Association - an activist group affiliated with the GOP.
I'd go, but I would fear for my safety. The "tolerant" left-wing psychos who make up the majority of SF's population are going to abandon all pretense one of these days, and simply show up at such an event in overwhelming numbers, and with baseball bats. The left-wing lunatics in Sodom are unstable and insane, and I don't want to be anywhere near that town when they finally decide they have had enough, and they are not going to take it anymore.
The San Francisco Republican party has to be one of the bravest (and smallest!!) groups on the planet. Not sure if they are RINO's or not, but I have to give them credit for being willing to "raise the flag" in what is definitely hostile, and in my opinion dangerous, territory.
This is trenchant analysis.
The 11th Commandment references vicious mudslinging in the context of a primary campaign.
I'll credit these folks with doing the right thing.
Well, this is a conservative forum. I don't see how celebrating diversity and multiculturalism is remotely conservative. Multiculturalism is a form of ingratitude and yes bigotry against traditional American culture.
But I guess you wouldn't like them very much. Foreign accents, etc. Plus their icky ethnic food.
This is a snarky response but perhaps the initial chiding of the ESL writer was a bit snarky too. But one can expect patience with new immigrants to wear thin in times of unprecedented mass immigration.
