There will not. The reason private money is not flowing into space development is that there are no private property rights to space resources. There is plenty of money around.
Well, lower taxes and there'll be more private money in general. That's what I meant. The government takes way more tax money that it should already. Let people donate money if they want to. Enough's enough already.
