Well, lower taxes and there'll be more private money in general. That's what I meant. The government takes way more tax money that it should already. Let people donate money if they want to. Enough's enough already.
It'll never happen anyway.
We must have our roads repaired and our children properly indoctrinated and our horse barns inspected. But, even though this takes money, we still have more money than we know what to do with. We're sure not saving our money. If we had a decent place to put our money we would do that, but at the present rates we might as well pick up another house and a couple more cars and electronic gadgets. Can't invest in outer space, that is illegal, but we can go to las Vegas and lose it all, that's okay.
