Abortion Advocate: Judge Upholding Pro-Life Law Should be "Lynched"
LifeSiteNews.com ^ | 16 September 2005 | Tony Perkins

Judge Roberts should feel lucky that Ohio abortionist Carol Westfall does not sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas described the unsubstantiated attacks on him during his nomination hearing as a "high tech lynching." Ms. Westfall, executive director of two abortion clinics in Ohio, called for the actual lynching of a female judge who upheld commonsense legislation dealing with parental notification and informed consent of women regarding the consequences of and alternatives to abortion.

Despite knowing about the new abortion regulations since 1998, abortion clinics claim they are unprepared to follow the new guidelines.

What these "clinics" were unprepared for was a judge who ended seven years of litigation by the ACLU.

Reacting to the U.S. District Court in Cincinnati ruling, Director Westfall said, "My opinion is the judge should be lynched."

I am sure Ms. Westfall and the ACLU feels betrayed since they know the courts are their only hope for imposing their radical pro-abortion on the American people.

Ms. Westfall should perhaps worry less about performing more abortions and more about her own future. Threatening a federal judge can carry a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

If she kills babies for a living, stringing up a judge shouldn't worry her...

Am I mistaken in believing that threatening a judge is a crime?

The Left is trul ycrawling out from under their respective rocks these days, aren't they? And they're going to get precisely what they're asking for.

I relish the thought.

That state should have already had an "anti lynch" law in place for many decades. Time to invoke it and lock that terrorist up.

Moral Absolutes Ping.

Normally I don't ping out articles about abortion as there is at least one other ping list that does. But sometimes I do - here's an abortion "provider" (perpetrator would be a more accurate word) who wants to lynch a judge. And the reason? The judge is merely upholding the law that says that minor girls' parents should be notified about their minor daughters' plans to abort their grandchild, and that women should be told the actual facts about abortions, not just read advertising.

Even prescription meds from the pharmacist have 46 inches of fine print about the possible side effects, even if very rare. But abortionists don't want any of the truth to be told.

Freepmail me if you want on/off this pinglist.

Note: Is it all about money, or do they just love death?

What happens when the judge deserves a lynching? After a proper trial run by CIVILIANS and NO LAWYERS of course.

That is the only way to get a truly fair trial in this country now.

Unfortunately we have to deal with lawyers and thier MASTERS in black robes.

I don't know if she spoke those words in front of a camera.
But I would love to see a political ad next year of 60 seconds of democrat hate speech (like there is probably 60 million HOURS of it) run it with the line at the bottom: "Do you really want these people running your country?"

It is a vacuous law if it isn't enforced. Time to make an example.

Unless, I'm mistaken, making a threat like this (even if it not a serious threat) against a federal judge is a crime. I hope the US Marshal investigates this POS.

So consrvatives cannot say we should impeach judges who do not follow the law but liberals can say "lynch" judges who uphold the law? Why am I not surprised.

The most dangerous place in America? The womb of a mother walking into an abortion clinic - and the chambers of a conservative judge.

Dang. You don't threaten people. You especially don't threaten judges as they tend to know exactly which law they can use against you.
