Now how did Sean Penn get away with carrying a shotgun around New Orleans? He has served time in prison and also was jailed overseas.Since "evacuation" was mandatory, why was he even there, period? He's not military, law-enforcement, nor a local, so he had no business even being there, let alone armed...

Sean Penn was there in a failed publicity stunt. I assure you that the authorities did not permit him anywhere near the real action.

The GOA doesn't do anything. Just ask their members. Nothing annoys me more than seeing NRA and GOA members bashing each other. How stupid can we be? Why can we not work together? Both organizations are great and do good things for gun owners.
