In an address before a joint session of Congress on September 11, 1990: “It is Iraq against the world.” George H. W. Bush demands that Iraq pull out of Kuwait.
Exactly eleven years later, on September, 11, 2001 a hijacker named “ATTA” takes over American Airlines flight 11, and crashes into the largest structures in America that happen to look like a giant “eleven”.
I only have two questions:
Why is the connection between Iraq and Al Qaeda not absolutely clear to everyone?
How many ways do these people need to tell us before we get it?
PS. 200 commuters died in Spain on March 11, 2004.

Isn't that the same speech where President Bush unveiled his concept of a New World Order? Even assuming that was the speech that upset Al Qaida how we know it the part about Iraq that bothered them rather than the New World Order.
It's also possible that what upset Al Quaida about the first gulf war was not that we were fighting Saddam but that we had troops in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
Not to mention Al Quaida doesn't need to have individual reason to attack us. We are there natural enemies - they want a world where their brand of extremism rules the people and we will never stand for that.

Reminds me of the 'K' bills that were released from the 'Dallas' mint in '1963'. 'K' being the 11th letter in the alphabet and Kennedy's name. 4 elevens on the bill... one representing November the 11th month, add two of the 11s' and you get 22...the day of the assassination, add all 4 and you get Kennedy's age when he died.(I believe he was 46 however)
