Just great... spend billions of taxpayers dollars on this boondoggle and all the bad guys have to do is steal the plates off of a car that's clean!

But the government PEOMISES not to abuse this!

All cell phones made after Jan 2004 have GPS tracking capability. They PROMISE not to abuse this either.

Please report to the nearest chip implantation center and swear your loyalty to the man who will claim to be God.

A better solution is to have the chip implanted on the forehead of every human being underneath the 666 tatoo (or equivalent numerical identicator these days.) This would be more efficient.
