A poll this early mearsures nothing but negatives (Hillary) and name recognition (McCain and Guiliani).
Despite the eagerness of some FReepers to surrender all principle to support Guiliani (and that long before he's even declared let alone won a nomination), he won't win anything.
New York is out of the mainstream. And that's who Guiliani is.
