To: Indy Pendance
These plates should be legal. They express a personal opinion and are covered under the constitutions first amendment. Conservatives that support their own freedom but try to limit others are not better than libs.

I am not gay BTW, but I do believe in the constitution and freedom of expression. Apparently some of you do not.

Where does the constitution guarantee "freedom of expression"? If so, then I can express myself by yelling "fire" in a theater?

First Amendment speech rights gives us the right to freely question our government without fear of repercussions. It does not give us the right to publicly push unnatural sex. I suppose you back a plate that says "abrtnroks" "dgsrok" or "ctsryum"?

If this sort of plate is allowed (personal opinion) than GAZEVIL or GAYS-NO should be allowed too. Can't have one without the other if personal opinion is the deciding factor.
