If this sort of plate is allowed (personal opinion) than GAZEVIL or GAYS-NO should be allowed too. Can't have one without the other if personal opinion is the deciding factor.
Freedom is the deciding factor here, and yes if they can say they rock we can say we don't think so. If they allow this they can hardly strike down a plate that says gaysno. Of course each state is different and how one state rules will not affect another state.
BTW, most vanity plates are a matter of personal opinion, even religious ones. I have read a lot of freepers comments about how certain plates were banned until the people who wanted them put up a huge fight. These plates were religious in nature. Now, however, a person who wants to say gaysrok is critized and ostracized for expressing themselves. Double Standard.
Can't allow freedom for some people and not allow it for others else we are no better than the communists we so detest.
