10 to 1 says the media attempts to blame the mom for him turning out the way he did, based on her "Authoritative Christian manner".

The causes of homosexuality are disputed, but they seem to be partly innate and partly socialized. One cause is an absent or neglectful father, which may have been the case here. Not enough to say.

Homosexual couples tend to be tolerant of their other's behavior, and NAMBLA is a pretty mainstream homosexual organization, despite pretences to the contrary. So this partner may very well have known about his penchant for little boys yet argued for his release.

The media are aware of all this too, but regretably support it, partly because of the presence of homosexuals in influential positions in academia and the media. The New York Times, for instance, is completely dominated by homosexuals.

Refer them back to the research study done in Sweden (I think) that found out that it is the father who determines the child's moral compass. Mothers can nurture and love, but it's the father who sets the principles by which we live. Think about how many people you know who turned out bad because of lack of father participation in their lives and how many you know who turned out well who had good fathers. My experience with people has convinced me that the study is dead on right.
