I agree, defacing someone else's property because you don't agree with them are the actions of a weak minded person. UCC is anti Christian, but we're supposed to love our enemies, even when we hate their actions. Destroying their property isn't showing love.

After saying that, my first reaction is to wonder if they defaced their own church to get some publicity. It's been done quite a bit lately.

I wondered that too. It is interesting that the congregation member happen to arrive just in time to stop the fire from becoming serious. Since he was there to cut grass, it can be assumed it was daylight. I'd think an arsonist would most likely strike at night.

If this crew is anything like the UCC people I have known and been associated with in the past, it is a highly suspicious occurrence. What does "a small fire in the sanctuary" that can be put out in a few minutes, discovered by someone who had no reason to be in the sanctuary, suggest to others? This account doesn't add up.

LOL. At first reading, I thought you typed "defecating" their own church. LOL. Being a homo church, it seems as though they'd like that!

That's generally my first thought. Most people are to apathetic for such crimes.

Bingo!! My first thought as well. The whole agenda has been inciting hate for years, and when they don't get it, more and more they do it themselves, and even though the truth comes out, they still carry it like a badge as examples of why they need hate crimes laws. No Christian would burn a church. Now the Kansas group, who aren't Christians at all, maybe. But I almost suspect they are paid by the lefties.

Interesting. My congregation had a Satanic symbol put there by an anti-Christian organization. They went there during the night and cleaned it up so that it didn't get into the media which was the intent.
