If the prosecutors had the files, I'm sure they already Xeroxed them off and studied them so they'll know exactly who to ask about what. Or am I missing something? Very possible .. but if they use them, they are in big trouble

Can't the judge throw out anything that doesn't pertain to those records the prosecutor is allowed to use.
In other words .. the pages of the medical records the prosecutor now has is all that can be used in regard to the case. If they get into court and try to enter other stuff into evidence or to ask questions about medical information they're not supposed to have - I believe Black will wipe the floor with them.
