Klein's Hillary Book Hits #2 on NY Times List

In an unusual move, Sen. Clinton's staff immediately and publicly condemned the book. Quietly, they also have been contacting television programs to keep Klein off major shows.

So far, the TV censorship effort has worked, with major networks such as Fox, MSNBC, NBC and others canceling scheduled appearances with Klein.

For example, after Fox News canceled three scheduled appearances with Klein on its top-rated shows, Fox spokeswoman Irena Briganti claimed to the New York Times that interest in Klein's book at her network had "been tepid at best."

She also said that after Klein's interview on "Hannity & Colmes," the book "dropped off everyone's radar screen."

"after Fox News canceled three scheduled appearances with Klein on its top-rated shows" It makes me mad that Fox caved.

Makes me angry too. Fox caved in because IF Hillary is elected POTUS, they will be left in the dark. Not good for ratings. Of course, if Hillary is elected president, it won't be good for the country either.

I dunno...I've been wondering about this as a set up and an "innoculation". Does anyone know anythinga bout this "Sentinel"-- supposedly conservative publishing arm of Penguin?

...interest in Klein's book...had "been tepid at best.

Obviously, this person hasn't spoken to me and many others who think this information is important to know about the would be next prez.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through the book and find it fascinating to get a glimpse of what I knew was there all along. This woman should be in jail instead of looking in the mirror and chanting: "Who's the most powerful (deserving) of all?"

Why is there so much emphasis on appeasing Hillary? FBI files? Who cares, I am sure there is plenty of stuff in Hillary's file.

The book is in Costco but it's not at the asile where most new releases are displayed ( even Not Fit For Duty and Men in Black were displayed). The book is at the end of the hard cover section just before the romance novels begin. It seems that nobody wants this book to be THE summer read.

My COSTCO had it right at the beginning of the hard covers and you could see it from 3 different directions.

A friend in the Ft. Myers, FL area purchased the book at Costco for $13.00 yesterday...what's up with that? She had mixed emotions about it but at that price...why not.

Maybe FOX canceled that air time because the book is RETARDED, which everyone from Michelle Malkin to the NYPost says. When did FOXNews ever cave into anyone, like those spineless twits at CNN?

The lamestream media is made up of about 80% Democrats. They caved because their boss, the Democrats, told them too. Hillary controls the party and tells even Dean what to do.

I'm surprised that FOX caved. They have as much garbage and RETARDED stuff on as the other networks. (That would be the "Geraldo" factor.) So why not Klein's garbage about Hillary?
The Democrats must have something on Roger Ailes or SOMEone at the network. That "retarded" is standard stock and trade for FOX etal.

Just like the Swift Boat Vets group book "Unfit for Command" did in John Kerry without any help from the MSM, the "Hillary" book will sell in large numbers. The MSM only continues to sink further off the radar screen.

I bought 2 copies: one for us at home to read, and one to donate to the high school library. I figure the next two graduating classes will be voting in 2008.

NO, only Mudusa-Klinton in person can turn a human into stone by looking into its eyes.

Actually, who cares what the MSN is doing about scheduled interviews with the author. As long as the general public gets its hands on the book, that's what matters. So far, the Liberals have not smashed the printing presses...we're OK... for now.

ALSO:

If she is elected, you will have smoke coming out of your checkbook and you will be taxed to the point of castration. If you think it's bad now, just wait!

This country cannot afford a Liberal President any time soon.
