I am not a fan either. He reminds me of anything but "humble". When John the Baptist was the voice telling others to "repent", he was honest to the core, including his sandals, basic diet, and desert tent. Jerry Falwell is no John the Baptist.
Anyway, his comments are not going to help Christians or the Republicans, IMO.

But perhaps the most revealing chapters of the book are numbers six through eight, in which Mr. Klein studies Hillary Clinton's child hood. The focus of those years is her father, a former Penn state football star and Navy drill instructor. He raised young Hillary and her two brothers to be tough, excel at all things and fight to win I really think the roots of her paranoia and anger go back to her childhood when her father gave her a toaster and a radio as bath toys.

A good look into Hillary's childhood is in Gail Sheehy's "Hillary's Choice". Very illuminating. It is a very good book.

You really have to thank old Hugh Rodham for raising such a piece of work.Yes. I really think the roots of her paranoia and anger go back to her childhood when her father gave her a toaster and a radio as bath toys.

To: Marysecretary
I'd vote for Godzilla before I'd vote for her.I'd vote for Janet Reno before I'd vote for her.

so every memeber of the GOP has been involved in misconduct that is on file with the FBI?
To: atlanta67
You ask a silly question, you get a silly answer. The Clintons have celebrity status and are the best fund raisers in politics. Hillary is the odds on favorite to win the Presidency in 2008. They have at least the grudging respect of the GOP. I wouldn't call it fear.

""They have at least the grudging respect of the GOP"
Why in the world would they have anyone in the GOP's respect?
To: atlanta67
Because they have political power. Bill Clinton was the first Dem to be elected to two terms since FDR. They are the puppet masters of the Dem party.

I don't see her attraction. She always seems like she is bored, she has little experience, she has done nothing of significance, and she has contempt for our military. Then there are the scandals and her lies, accusing the Monica fiasco as the right wing conspiracy. (I read that it was one of her close buddies who recommended Monica - which seems truly strange.)

The Rodham brothers turned out to be the scum of the earth, as did their sister.

She is backed by Satan himself. That is her attraction to all the sheeple. The great DECEIVER is backing her.
To: deadeyedawg
Absolutely. Do not let your guard down. I look at her face and see evil incarnate.
To: mariabush
Rev. Falwell understands that this woman is evil. Say anything you want about Falwell but I believe he truly loves the Lord and knows evil when he sees it. I was very disappointed at Billy Graham's comments regarding Bill and Hillary Clinton this weekend.
I hope everyone understands that this man is 86 years old and sick.
To: rep-always
I totally agree with you about Jerry Falwell, but there are times when I wish that he would keep his mouth shut.
