Richard Tofel, director of what was supposed to have been the 9-11 Memorial in New York, was just interviewed on Fox. He reluctantly admitted that the site will house instead something called the American Freedom Memorial, intended to "celebrate American freedom." There will be a 9-11 museum. However, other competing museums on the site will be dedicated to evil white European males' slaughter of American Indians, evil white European males' creation and maintenance of the black slave trade, and other museums "for which the details have not yet been determined."

Folks it's time to pull the plug on this outrage before it can get started with your money.

I would rather that site remain a hole in the ground surronded by a chain link fence than have this BS political correctness continue.

My suggestion. Build two towers, each 120 stories tall. Put the CIA in one tower and the FBI in the other. That way they will have a reason to keep an eye out for anyone who may try to attack the towers again.

Let me say something on this .. this is just bloody wrong.

If they want to build a 9-11 Memorial, then build the Memorial, and not divert and hijack the project to something completely unrelated.

Speaking of unrelated events, why don't they include "Rape of Nanking Memorial", "The Aboriginal genocide Memorial","Darfur genocide Memorial","Gulag Memorial", and erect Lenin and Clinton status up in the lobby.

There was one of the victims family members on F&F recently who was completely disgusted. The project has morphed into an all victims memorial with the 9/11 exhibit being a very small part and down on the third level.

She described the project as completely different than what was originally intended> The project was hijacked and the money in effect misappropriated into the private dreams of those who commandeered the leadership.

She was really upset and thankful to tell the horrible story.
