I'd like to point out to anyone reading this that "lurking" is not a pejorative. It refers to the act of reading a forum or message board without posting there.
My guess is that either the form gets "lost" by the DoD or the information requested is "lost" or most likely, sKerry didn't ask for the correct documents and he will never again get around to re-signing the form with the correct documents listed.
He signed it before he didn't send it in.

Kerry may have authorized release to his parents only.
Kerry has had a 39 year career in treachery and obfuscation. He's well practiced in his trade! Kerry will never sue Corsi and the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. His records would be vulnerable in disclosure.
All that we'll see is the stuff he had previously released on his website. But that paltry offering will have been sanitized, omitting the discrepancies that set us off in 2004.
