Naturally this is revenge for Florida 2000. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if the majority of the prosecutors seeking Rush's records voted for Al Gore and subsequently for John Kerry.

Why do they care anyway. With all the crime going on in that state this is absurd! Leave Rush alone for crying out loud.

A taxpayer in Floriduh should be real pissed reading this. All of us should be very, very afraid reading this. Prosecutors invading our privacy and fishing through our medical records is wrong.

Wait, I thought they had already gotten this. Guess it played out slower than I anticipated.

I'm sure the prosecuters already know the information that the records contain, since if I remember right they did have these documents at one point in the past, but they probably need the documents themselves in order to press charges.

As a school nurse I sometimes have trouble getting physicians to fax kids immunization records to us because of privacy laws....legally they can because it medical to medical...so why do these lawyers think they have a right to a citizens medical records?....another fine example of the hypocrisy of the left... thank you Hillary

"Privacy is being tossed under the bus in Florida."
Not just in Florida but worldwide...with special thanks to the terrorists. Are we (you and me and a few dozen or two folks like us ) the only ones who can see how the terrorists laugh their asses off at stupid Americans willfully giving up freedom upon freedom?

Frank Fuster is rotting in a Floriduh prison for shit which never happened. I mean, I could come a little bit closer to understanding somebody being in slam for something somebody else did than for a charge which is outright fiction altogether.
Fuster is the last victim of Janet Reno's 80s witchcraft cases still in major need of some sort of external (from the state of floriduh) justice, since there seems to be zero chance of floriduh providing any for him.
The case of the two Fusters reads like something from North Korea or some sort of a Kafkaesque nightmare.
Floriduh shouldn't even be allowed to operate a legal system of any sort. In fact it probably should be a territory like Puerto Rico and not a state.

Sadly, the Palm Beach area is a leftist stronghold. El Rushbo slept with dogs...a little late to complain about fleas.

I hope those cretins understand that the American people are not going to allow them to throw Rush Limbaugh in prison or anything like that.

They live to piss people like us off. Limbaugh is their White Whale---trust me, they will not stop until they can clasp him in irons before smirking television cameras.

Not to worry. Rush and his handlers have already made this the problem of the prosecution and not whether a crime may or may not have been created. Maybe the prosecution was wrong in what they did. Rush, his syndicator and his legal team has devalued the legal system by their actions too. Two very selfish sides and neither have advanced civility of the legal system.
