Any that would do not deserve the title of conservative. This is an issue that hits right at the heart of conservative values. Privacy is being tossed under the bus in Florida.

Are folks on FR against this only because its Rush? Not necessarily. Rush has already paid a great price for his addiction: his hearing loss. Add to that his public humilation. It's very difficult to see any reason for this fishing expedition. It's been dragging on for years and there is a fairly important privacy concern involved.

This has seemed like political opportunism disguised as one of those "make an example" / "no one is above the law" cases.

I don't think so, the man repented, he fell short like we all do at times, he is forgiven.
