on the off chance this was sincere:
1. look to the upper-right of any FR page
2. select the "mail" link
3. select the "compose" option
4. enter Admin Moderator in the "Private Message to" box
5. enter a subject header in the "Subject" box
6. enter the text of your message in the "Message" box
7. proofread manually - the Mods love typos and poor grammar, the way a domestic cat loves a crippled canary
8. select "Send"
9. await reply*
*If the reply is a thunderbolt, well... you probably asked for it.
