Unfortunately, I had business all day and couldn't make it with other FReepers to see the Jay Leno show taping with Ann Coulter. Others can report on that part.
I did, however, join the group for dinner at the Acapulco Restaurant in Burbank. About a dozen Marines and a Navy medic joined us as our guests for dinner. There were about 40-45 people there.

Ditto 2J! She is a dynamic lady and I wish I could speak with her articulate manner as well. :-)
I got to go hear her speak in Ft. Worth last fall. It was a breakfast affair so it was supposed to begin at 6:30AM. As it turned out very few people were actually there by 6:30. But, even though I had to leave WF at 4:30 I was on time. AND Ann was on time!!! So, when she walked into the room there were only about a dozen people there!!!! I got to go up and talk to her and I have to tell you, she was just like us meeting for the first time!! She just talked and talked. We both took jabs at libs and laughed together!!! It was incredible. I always thought I would enjoy going out and hanging out with her for an evening. That morning I found out I was right. We talked for maybe 5 minutes but just instantly "clicked." It was a blast and kinda a dream come true for me. I even gave her my Hobbit Hole knife and she loved it! And the creme de la creme was - Ann actually said, "wow, I'd love to hang out with you sometime." heh! My role model said she'd like to hang out with me!

She does seem like the kinda person who can sit down with Jay Leno or sit down with me or you and be the same person. She's not a bit pretentious...she seems to be who she seems to be!

I saw the show last night. She has got to have the longest legs I think I have ever seen on a woman.
Someone should have snagged screen caps of that. Unfortunately I was already in bed with the computer off already. :~(

Ann has been slender FOREVER!Here is the SAME "slender" Ann from TWENTY YEARS AGO:This not some BRAND NEW development.Being amazingly slim must be some kind a genetic, "fast metabolism"-type thing.
