Rap star Lil' Kim, convicted of perjury and conspiracy in March, now faces new claims of non-payment and intimidation.
Anthony Jeffries and Vincent Hart, both 23, claim she failed to pay them for songwriting and performing services on her 2003 CD La Bella Mafia.
They say the only payment they received was two pieces of jewellery that Lil' Kim later demanded back, threatening physical violence if they refused.
The Grammy-winning artist's lawyer has denied the allegations.
"They were paid by Atlantic Records," said her lawyer L Londell McMillan. "They had a falling out and now they've filed a frivolous and malicious lawsuit to embarrass her."
Mr Jeffries and Mr Hart said they co-wrote three songs on the La Bella Mafia album and performed on a fourth.
They said they were promised $15,000 (£7,902) each for performing and $10,000 (£5,268) plus royalties for each song they co-wrote.
They also claim Lil' Kim promised to pay them $400 (£210) plus daily expenses for concert appearances and public engagements.

According to their legal action, the rapper - real name Kimberly Jones - paid them nothing apart from the jewellery, which she said was worth $10,000 (£5,268).
