COLUMBUS, Ohio -- One of the teens expelled after an alleged sexual attack last month at Mifflin High School is appealing his expulsion, NBC 4's Elenora Andrews reported.
A ninth-grade special education student claims she was forced to perform oral sex on at least two boys at the high school auditorium while others reportedly watched the acts and another student allegedly videotaped it.

If he was not wrongly accused...he should do hard time in a serious prison.

From the article it looks like this is the dude who allegedly taped the rape. He doesn't deny it, just doesn't think he did anything wrong. Unbelievable.
This article does not square with comments by one of the school administrators, who said he watched the tape and concluded that the girl's participation was consensual.
Ever have one of those days when you write a response and realize that the mods would rightfully remove it? This is one of those stories.

Good God. She's a special ed student. And she's under age. There is no way that can be construed as consensual.
The school administrator should be suspended too. Is this the same dude who did not want to call the police?

The "Clinton Years" coming home to roost. I am surprised the father of the victim seemed so calm - I would have gone after the thugs physically. Even without seeing the pictures, I guessed the race of the thugs and administrators. As usual, there is a storefront "pastor" involved, and a momma who says her "baby didn't do nothin' wrong". I fully expect Jesse Jackass, the greatest race pimp of all time, to get involved sometime.

Well, there are rumors flying all over the place about this, pro and con. There are also stories about teens and their practice of hooking up in general, too, and not just at this school or in this city; these stories are also flying around.
