Not being a usual watcher of CNBC, what time is the show??

A Taxreform bump for you all.

If you would like to be added to this ping list let me know.

John Linder in the House(HR25) & Saxby Chambliss Senate(S25), offer a comprehensive bill to kill all income and SS/Medicare payroll taxes outright, and provide a IRS free replacement in the form of a retail sales tax:

H.R.25,S.25
A bill to promote freedom, fairness, and economic opportunity by repealing the income tax and other taxes, abolishing the Internal Revenue Service, and enacting a national retail sales tax to be administered primarily by the States.

SAW LINDER AND ART LAFFER!!!

Kudlow did a great setup by throwing an unannotated Code into the "dustbin of history!"

Laffer was very complimentary to the Flat Tax and The Fair Tax. His view is that they are different sides of the same coin.

Linder corrected him, and said that a flat income tax doesn't remain flat for very long. I thought Linder did a good job explaining specifics. Kudlow set him up for the home run by asking about the position of the National Retail Federation. Linder countered immediately by explaining the Embedded tax cost. Linder also discussed the 16th, although not in as much detail.

In all, it was another very favorable, national exposure!!!!
