The Negatives Of Homosexuality on Society

Hey FReepers- I am a sophomore in high school. For English class, I have to write a debatable paper, and I have chosen to write on the various negative effects of homosexuality and the homosexual movement on American society. I was wondering if you could direct me towards some credible sources on the subject- including a list of laws passed for/against homosexuality, opinions, stats, etc. Your opinions are welcome too- all's fair in an opinionative paper ;) Thank.

I agree I don't care how nice they are. Being around some criminal element in my past profession I can say I met a couple of murderers and child molestors that were "nice people" when you did not know their background. They still needed to get the needle.

Nice has nothing to do with it, queers, there I said it again queers are not a natural function of this world and do not rate being treated special by allowing them to be themselves at the expense of others in regards to molestations, their blatant recruiting practices, absurd dicriminatory and hate law being passed, and generally getting on my nerves with the queer lifestyle.

His response was to ignore what I told him about the research he posted and challenged me to post counter research findings. His challenge was a deflection from the point that he was excoriating all homosexuals by posting false research. And he assumed that there was counter research for each of his links. If he was interested in truth he would have acknowledged the problems with his links.

LOL -I wish you were correct. If the issue was simply that of human dignity it would be a no brainer -no data or studies or research is needed to prove an individual possesses the inherent god given right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness. However, obvious truth can be circumvented and perverted by data and science and propaganda. In the Schiavo case -opinion and data pronounced Terri not worthy of human dignity and stripping her of dignity sanctioned her murder. Homosexual activists push issues extending beyond that of human dignity -with opinion and data they wish to extend the right of dignity to right of activity -activity unnatural, unhealthy, and morally depraved activity to be accepted and even taught to children.

Promotion and acceptance of homosexual activity is promotion and acceptance of a death style -promotion and acceptance of homosexual activity is a political death sentence -promotion and acceptance of homosexual activity is against the religious belief of many including myself.

Remember -dignity is inherent to a person NOT to an activity...

scripter and his disciples want to paint anyone who disagrees with them as pro-homosexual agenda. They ignore the fact that those people may not support homosexual curriculuum, NAMBLA, sex with children, flamboyant public displays and the like. If anyone here whispers a positive word about homosexuals, they are accused of supporting the agenda. As I have done and will contiue to do, I support the rights of homosexuals as individual US citizens and taxpayers and I post examples of people I know who are good, productive and not radical. This is what makes the zealots mad.

We have two friends who are lesbians who got married by their minister.

They are not married and the "minister" isn't a Christian.

They have a daughter that one of them gave birth to.

No they don't. One has an out of wedlock child. The other is a live in lover.

The daughter is delightful, cute, smart and seems very healthy psychologically and other wise.
