That is out in the woods. If you look at your streets/map program, you will find that this is just a crossroads, no city streets.
The place is so far out in the woods, that if they had opened a Barbeque stand in their front yard (common in the piney woods) only fishermen on way to back waters of Toledo Bend Reservoir would know about it.

Dial ran an inmate pottery program with Bobbi Parker. He used a kiln in the Parkers' garage and had full access to their home during the day. I'd say he more than just access to the home.
