Frédéric Encel, professor of international relations at the prestigious Ecole Nationale d'Administration in Paris and a man not known for crying wolf, recently stated that France is becoming a new Lebanon. The implication, far-fetched though it may seem, was that civil upheaval might be no more than a few years off, sparked by growing ethnic and religious polarization. In recent weeks, a series of events has underlined this ominous trend.
On March 8, tens of thousands of high school students marched through central Paris to protest education reforms announced by the government. Repeatedly, peaceful demonstrators were attacked by bands of black and Arab youths — about 1,000 in all, according to police estimates. The eyewitness accounts of victims, teachers, and most interestingly the attackers themselves gathered by the left-wing daily Le Monde confirm the motivation: racism.

These figures, of course, capture only incidents sufficiently severe to come to the attention of the authorities. Beneath the radar are other incidents, seemingly petty, yet telling, such as one I happened to witness in a Paris department store a few months back. A woman was pushing her baby in a stroller down an aisle. Behind her was a well-dressed, prosperous-looking Arab woman in a hurry. Suddenly the Arab woman pushed the mother, saying, "Move, dirty Frenchwoman" ("Dégage, sale française"). The familiar epithet "dirty Jew" is apparently being extended for more general use.

The Dutch are getting fed up with the fractiousness of their Muslim immigrants and I suspect the "little White Frenchmen" will too.
Who is fouling their nest faster? Misbehaving Muslims living in Europe or the Europeans who allow them to misbehave?
No rescues for the French by the USA this time. The French have made their opinion of us quite clear to all the world. Now is the time for us to declare that any debts to their country have long since been more than paid for. It is time for France to fall.

As I understand it, the housing projects in which these immigrants live are connected to Paris by a single road.
They were designed this way so they could easily be cut off by a small force of police and paramilitary.
Nobody is more protective of their Culture than the Frenchies. If they perceive "Frenchness" to be under genuine assault by outsiders they'll turn FAST.
Hopefully it will make them easier targets for aerial strikes as well.

Time will tell. They may have waited a tad too long to be worried about losing their frenchness. They are being overwhelmed now, and it's only gonna get worse.

The whole "oppressed masses" class warfare thing was never anything more than a bid for absolute moral sanction for wrongdoing: verbal assault, theft, violence, murder. It is a rationalization for crime in the interest of breaking down the society that is declared "unjust."
This is the street consequence of the Foucaultian claim that law is nothing but an expression of a power relationship between classes - those not "in power" may disregard the law. It sounds fine in a coffee shop or a university campus, not so fine when you're getting stomped into a mudhole by the guy your politics just empowered to do so and protects from legal retribution.
Well said Proxy. Le Zone is designed to be blocked with a few armoured cars. Ever since Napoleon the French have had built Paris with an eye to crowd-control.
The only people deceived and paralyzed by the charge of "racism" is the European. The only civilization in history killed by words!
