I don't believe that's right about Greer being the Guardian ad litem. He's the judge who has abjudicated this matter between the Schindlers and Schiavos.
You know .. I don't have a major problem with MS getting on with his life with a family

Oh come on. I've said to my husband and he has said it to me. Neither of us have communicated it to our parents. Neither have been had our statements notarized.
I've been married 45 yrs., 46 come Nov. & neither of us have been married before.
We've had a Living Will and a Family Trust for ages! Thank God.
They were a bit pricey but worth every cent.
I would risk anything to be with my dying child. They'd probably have to kill me.
Did you nkow that he changed careers to help her? Did you know that nurses and doctors testified under OATH that his care was so meticulous (HIS CARE) that she NEVER had a bedsore and that he nagged them constantly for better care for her?
Did you know that he took her to California and various treatment rehab facilities to try EVERYTHING that was recommended?
There is NO treatment that has ever been recommended for her by legitimate doctors that hasn't been done.
And don't mention the MRI. He even had electrodes imlanted in her brain in the hopes of stimulating brain activity and as such, she is now ineligible for an MRI.

I think it requires a fair amount of force to choke off one's supply of oxygen enough to cause cardiac arrest. But I don't know.

Thank you. Guess I need to slow down. Just so very upset between this and then that poor child Jessica and her family. It's a terrible time for our country and it seems sometimes the bad guys (devil) are winning but we are hoping and praying in both these cases the BAD GUYS lose big time. It's time this evil against our children stop and against all people stop. It's time to give the perps their just desserts. I'd wish you a good day but...it's just not in the cards today. I feel helpless and for that I am very angry and very sad. Which reminds me. Did anyone else see that judge this morning ask Mr. Cooey how he was this morning? He called him SIR. Then at the end he had the audacity to wish him GOOD LUCK???????????????/ GOOD LUCK??????????/ Who knows what this monster did to this poor child and this judge wishes him GOOD LUCK???????/ Also, it seems to me it was a decent enough hour for the judge to have sat behind his bench with his court robe on instead of a jacket and open collar. No respect for the court. Can you see why I am so upset today?

Why, for that matter, would it hurt to hand over custody of Terri to her father, mother, sister, and brother instead of the guy with the fiance?
That's probably the biggest single suspicious thing--the guy who wants Terri dead. He could already be off the hook. Just hand over custody to her family.
