This Saturday, March 19 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, the Old North State Chapter of Free Republic is holding a rally to support our troops.
The rally will serve as a counter-demonstration of a so-called antiwar rally being held that same day in Fayetteville.
This small town in North Carolina is being targeted by the anti-American left because it is the home of Fort Bragg. The leftists are trying to undermine the morale of military families and the soldiers stationed there.
Freepers will be holding a peaceful, law-abiding demonstration in support for our troops and their mission fighting the war on terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere.
The rally will begin around 11 a.m. on the high ground across from Rowan Park in Fayetteville. It will end around 4 p.m.
Please bring American and service flags, as well as signs bearing messages of support for our troops and their mission. Local rules limit the size of signs to 2 feet by 2 feet.
More info can be found here.
So, welcome listeners! Hope to see you in Fayetteville on Saturday.
Ping!
I heard him on there this morning. Good work.
Yes, I heard the good doctor just before some guy Doug from Upland. Thanks Laura.
She then took a call from Doctor Raoul, who pointed out the connection between Ramsey Clarke and the anti-war movement parent group, International Action Center (IAC).
Raoul and Laura then discussed the connections with International ANSWER, the World Workers Party, and its Leader Brian Becker. Raoul said that ANSWER has largely recast its efforts into a different group, but I didn't catch the name of the group.
Raoul then got in a great plug for the counter-protest of the anti-war rally in Fayetteville. He said something like, "Come to Rowan Park in Fayetteville, NC at 11 am on this Saturday. We'll have an American Sector supporting the troops on the high ground overlooking the hollow where the leftists will be. It's about 8 hours from New York City, about 5 hours from DC."
Laura said "where can people get more info?"
Raoul replied "go to FreeRepublic.com."
Laura said, "Great! A FReeper. Thanks."
The very next caller was Doug from Upland who discussed Ramsey Clarke as the face of the Democratic Party and how MoveOn.org claimed that they bought and own the Dem Party.
Those who receive Laura Ingraham on tape delay can hear the great calls from Doctor Raoul and Doug from Upland by listening betweeen 20 and 30 minutes after the beginning of the show.
I was listening!
Realized it was Doctor Raoul, when he gave the link to FR.
But then even though I heard the next call, I didn't catch Doug's name.
Two freepers on Laura!
Great going, guys!
I was thinking, these are very informed callers.
bump
I served with the 173rd in NAM commonly known to it's members as the " HERD ". Ft. Bragg is where we call home. I'll see ya there Laura ,god will'in.
Thanks for serving. We'll see you there!
ALSO, back in 1966 we referred to Fayetteville as "Fayette Nam" ,a typical military beach, where G.I.s were often targets of desention by the locals.....................
Great work Doctor and Doug! I heard it.
I thought it was Doug from Upland.
Doug was after Raoul. See my #5 above.
Will be with you all in spirit and look forward to the reports.
You must have scared them out of DC!!!!!!
They were one after the other. On the Doctor got to plug the FR. I thing Laura did not want to have FR back to back. She cut Doug quick.
Amtrak goes to Fayetteville, NC if you wanted to consider that and staying overnight in Fayetteville. I think it would likely be about 10 hours via Amtrak, but you could read or sleep.
Ah, Doctor Raoul of the Takoma Park Demmings communicates with another blonde. I wonder if Ms Coulter is aware of his two timing.
Looking forward to after action reports and the impact of the MOAB.
BTTT.
