EU's China Arms Policy Prompts Congressional Fears

Morning Edition, March 14, 2005 · China passes a law that would authorize military force to prevent Taiwan from declaring independence. This move intensifies worries among members of the U.S. Congress as the EU considers lifting an arms embargo against Beijing. An EU delegation arrives in Washington to discuss the issue.

What about the stuff that China was allowed to take during the Klinton Administration? That's OK? This double standard proves our government is a bunch of phonies, and that they need to be removed from their positions.
