I'm a Honolulu-born Japanese American, work in government, belong to a union. Voted for Bush because gun control is my big issue, told my liberal friends if they didn't lay off us gun owners I'd do it again.

Looking for change in local government, but don't see that the Republicans would be much different from the Democrats, both major parties are scrambling to take the middle ground.

Maybe the Libertarians are closest to my political leanings, but they don't have a chance to win. I'm a Constitutional absolutist, and am glad to have an attorney general who supports the individual right to gun ownership.
