Americans cannot do 'eccentric' as well as the Brits. It is an art, apparently. Somethings, we simply do not do as well.

You are so right. Americans don't do eccentric as well as the British. Fortunately, we got insanity down pat.
Fortunately the difference between insanity and eccentricity is how much money you have.
It is my goal to achieve eccentricity by the time I die.
