Judge Greer gives the parents until March 18th to prepare for Last Rites. That's from Greer's February 25th Order. He IS SERIOUS ABOUT KILLING HER.

It's premature to talk about Last Rites while she's still alive and well, don't ya think and while Terri's parents still have appeals going and motions before Greer?

If he blasts the DCF out of the water this week and doesn't give them time to investigate, Greer should go directly to jail.

I think Greer should not only loose his job but should go to jail as well.

He has aided and abetted in two counts of attempted murder against a disabled person (Terri), as well as allowing the cadging and abuse of a disabled person in the state of Florida.

All felonies....being a judge should not make him immune to punishment.

I think one tyrant judge in prison would send a nice message to all the other tyrant judges in this country.

I think Judge Greer should be impeached, but I have a question. Don't names on the petition have to be registered voters that could have voted for him?

I was involved in a drive to impeach a governor in AZ years ago and we were told the signatures had to be registered voters and the names on the petition have to match voter rolls. Otherwise the petition could be invalid.

If there is a serious effort made to impeach him, it needs to follow the law where he is, so it doesn't get thrown out at the last minute.

No matter how many times it says "whereas," this is not a legal document, and it is not possible for Judge Greer to be impeached from this petition no matter how many names are on it. This isn't like a recall election. If it makes you feel good to sign the petition, go ahead.

Ok, then the point I would like to make is, "if" this is a serious effort it needs to be legally done, and if it is not a serious effort, then wouldn't the time and effort be better spent by calling, faxing, emailing, and writing officials??

I can tell there are a lot of new supporters of Terri, who are trying to find real ways to help, maybe this would be good as far as a symbolic gesture- but it should be plain that is what it is.

I would just hate to see a lot of effort go into something that is not really what people think it is.

Picture that in an orange jumpsuit picking up trash at the side of the road. Does that make you feel any better? I don't like to ruin peoples' lives but to save Terri' these people who have tried twice to starve her after taking her money from her, need a fair trial and then PRISON TIME.

Not to worry. FDLE is about to open a full scale criminal investigation of Terri's cases. I think we may not have to impeach Greer. He may go directly to jail if the FDLE does a proper investigation.

The trouble with a recall is that he is pals with the Supervisor of Elections who had orders to kick his opponents' supporters holding signs and just saying hello off of precincts. ejected. asked to leave. For Greer and for the Pinellas GOP. This town is bought and paid for. You think we have normal rights over here? We have to use other means.
