Please explain why it would be either Bush brother's fault? The fault lies in the sick legal system that has been fostered and supported by first, liberal politicians and then second, by some conservative politicians who don't want to "rock the boat." Terry Schiavo's sad situation was inevitable with the laws, as they are, on the books AND helped along by the fact that her case has mostly been decided by a corrupt judge and a homicidal EX-husband and his rabidly pro-euthanasia lawyer. Please! Let's place blame where it belongs.

In his role as Governor of Florida, Jeb Bush did everything he could to help Terri. It was all overturned, by whom? President Bush? No! The lousy Florida courts. Blaming either Bush brother is like blaming all white people for slavery. This article is a little on the hysterical side, IMO.

The Good Governor (and I mean that, truly) could still do more...there is still more within in his power, but I think he's afraid of political fallout. He saved her once -- God love him! But if he doesn't act again, the "good" in Governor will no longer apply.

Both the Governor and the President have the power to go out publically and denounce murder. The Governor has the power to demand the impeachemnt of a judge who not only advocates, but encourages murder.

They can do this loudly and with COURAGE - but politicians today have little courage to uphold morals and the Constitution.

The President of the United States is the titular head of this country. He is supposed to represent the will of the people. I am sure the people want Terri to live -- if not -- this country is DAMNED.

The governor of Florida can save the live of a convicted murderer and give them amnesty --- you are telling me that he has no power to save an innocent life condemed to die by an activist judge with questionable morals?

He may suffer politically from the leftist murdering fringe of this society, but they are NOT the United States of America.

Oh come on. Either Jeb Bush is the most powerful elected official in the state of Florida or "judge" Greer is.
