Good grief. If the UN is allowed to operate as usual after this disclosure and the Oil for Food scandal, we really are doomed.
My fear is the Clintonistas are operating in their "publicize a huge problem and supply the solution" mode. Their solution of course, will be putting Bubba in charge of the UN.
