For Congo's Mothers, Unceasing Loss

SHABUNDA, Congo -- Nsimenya Kinyama carried her 3-day-old baby outside bundled in rags and gingerly placed his tiny, jaundiced body in a rusty blue crib. As the first healing rays of the morning sun reached him, he fussed and wriggled and stretched his arms up.

Kinyama, 36, stared at her new son with a flat, empty look in her eyes. She was wondering if this child, like the six who had come before him, would die.

It is a common prayer in Shabunda, a former trading center in eastern Congo that was ravaged by war, then left poor and isolated by the destruction of roadways that had long given it life. A recent survey by the International Rescue Committee found that Shabunda's children were dying in such numbers that more than half would not see their fifth birthdays.

Tutsis Hunting Hutus & Hutus Hunting Tutsis across the border, in the Congo. No taxpayers'money should be used to fund the State budget of Rwanda, a poor and foreign-aid dependent nation whose troops have caused over 3,000,000 deaths in the neighboring Congo. That "compassion policy" under Clinton should now end as we pursue spreading our ideals of freedom to the uncivilized political regimes that still exist. Today's Rwanda's led Tutsi minority government has caused the worst tragedy since World War II. The message is NO TAXPAYER'S MONEY to RWANDA , NO TAXPAYER'S MONEY to fund the so-called United Nations, which should be called KAAR (Koffi Annan's African Republic). KARR's troops are out there watching all the tragedy in the Congo and taking part of it: mostly raping Congolese women as Rwanda's troops have done in Eastern Congo.

Again, "No Max" something out there and his "accomplices" should answer this posting (finally it's the same "Max")

You have it completely backwards. It was the Hutus that slaughtered the Tutsis. The Hutus are dying in Congo because they don't dare go back to Rwanda and face the retribution for their heinous acts of genocide by machete.

No more "..arp" or "..eat", No more "Max" (a famous name in the US for dogs). There are so many dogs out there who try to counter our conservative ideals. After those Rwandans invaded the Congo, they killed over 3,000,000, raped Congolese women, looted that country, got the blessings of KAAR and Monica Lewisnki's boyfriend. Now, things have changed. We have to spread our ideals of freedom even in those countries such as Rwanda led by an uncivilized Tutsi regime (Won't change the idea if the other uncivilized Hutus were on power). Hey, the Game season is now over. You Tutsis hidden behing those faked names, stop hunting Hutus, and you Hutus out there stop hunting other Tutsis. Otherwise, we should rock you back to Stone Age if you keep uncivilized.

In a world where we have the mission to spread freedom, a Tutsi-led regime in Rwanda does not deserve ANY CENT from US Taxpayers, nor KAAR (Koffi Annan African Republic), the so-called UN.

Please, no more "Max". There are over 100 viewers of this posting. No need for "MAXes".

It is especially irritating to me to see the same liberals who created the problem by destroying all semblance of law and order in campaigning to force the evil colonizers out, are now weaping crocodile tears over the results, yet not even seeing that it was them who caused it.

Is there still another "...arp" or "...eat something" or "...bot" out there to block this crusade to bring civilization to the uncivilized and freedom to those out there who keep their national sport "Tutsis hunting Hutus and Hutus hunting Tutsis" ? It's time to ende their gaming season by stopping them and forcing them out of Congo. Our Taxpayers' monies shall never go to the corrupt and uncivilized folks out there ruling Rwanda, be they Tutsis or Hutus".
