Have they looked around? Sorry Philly freepers but Philly could be the most disgusting city I have ever spent time in. I have never driven through such long stretches of bad neighborhoods. It really depressed me.
Parents need to get their kids OUTSIDE playing SPORTS, etc. and away from the xbox and home theater systems.
That reminds me of when I got lost driving around suburban Chicago years ago....I never did find the "good part of town", and I toodled around for close to three hours.
