It's just not a celebration without gunfire and couple of innocent deaths. Just like New Year's, the 4th of July, a birthday, an out-of-jail party, or any other party in Los Angeles.

About 10 years ago, here in the northern San Joaquin valley, the media begin to hype this type of celebration. So of course, now we have idiots celbrating that way here.
