What Prince Harry did was stupid; however, Germany shouldn't use him as a scapegoat for what they did. It wasn't a young prince who turned the swastika into a symbol of hate, it was the Germans.

Might just as well ban British Princes. If he wasn't a prince, it wouldn't have even made the headlines......

But are those Euroweenies as concerned about the spread of radical Islam, a far more immediate menace???

Being 20 yrs old, and making poor decisions are synominous. 20 yr olds are not known for their wisdom; that comes with age and experience.
However, knee jerk reactions to the poor judgements of a 20 yr old, by an entire country puts the collective wisdom/intelligence of the entire country up for debate.
Prince Harry was naive'; Germany is acting outright stupid.

How about banning frowns and farts.
Whatever happened to free speech?
Is stupidity illegal now?

I don't see where Germany has to "do" anything on a knee-jerk basis. They didn't force Harry to wear the costume, he isn't even German. Don't get me wrong, I abhor what the Nazis did, and I am not a fan of this German government, but this is a case of personal responsibility on Harry's part.
Just like all of the idiot singers and actors that have bashed Bush for the last year. The govt. didn't outlaw their records or movies, they let the public decide and when the singers and actors complained, they just had to realize that there are consequences to your actions.

Tell that to the 20 year olds serving in our Armed Forces. How many 20 year old generals do we have? Or at least captains? Is it a case of age discrimination?

The word, 'nazi', has been reduced to popular jargon by the Lib Establishment. It is the Libs who have diminished the impact of the name 'Hitler' and the accompanying 'nazi' word and who now are horrified at this episode. Me thinks they do 'protest too much' however.
We need to start over - without the Left's 're-education' . . .recasting history. . .something the Libs are loathe to do; after all; Hitler was first a Socialist.
There must be no misunderstanding as to who/what Hitler was. . .and still is. . .and in what philosophy, 'nazism' took root.
Will the 'soup nazi', no rest in peace post Prince Harry's night out in costume?

It took even less time for 'gay' to be corrupted. 50 years ago saying 'Oh that's Robert... he's such a gay fellow' would be a pleasent description of a joyfull person.

Free speech is already endangered in this country, you can imagine it barely exists in socialist Europe.

That's it Germany, ignore it and it'll go away. Ban all references to your history, that way it'll never happen again, right? Guess what, we all still know it happened.

There is something similar in the newly adopted EU Constitution.
What the [EU] constitution says:
It sets out "rights, freedoms and principles." These include a whole list from the right to life and the right to liberty down to the right to strike.
Link.
