I noticed with great glee that drivers in Texas immediately move over to the right of the road as you approach from behind, quite unlike some of the eastern sissies that sit in the left lane at 55. When I asked about this correct and pleasing practice I was told that "folks here in Texas think about the most efficient ways to keep from getting shot".
